Received a defective iMac - Untruthful and dodgy. The keyboard was filthy and wouldn’t connect, the mouse was also unresponsive, and the desktop kept crashing with power outages happening all the time. They dodged every question I posed. They were frustratingly unhelpful, despite their empty reassurances in email responses. It was only after I posted this review that they shifted their stance and offered a return for a refund, which they had earlier claimed was not an option. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

The delivery was speedy and everything seemed fine at first. My MacBook Air came charged to 69%, so I got right to using it. However, when it was time to plug it in for a charge, it just wouldn’t work, so I sent it back. They covered the return shipping, which was nice. But man, the communication was lacking. After sending 7 emails and trying to call 12 times, I finally got a response from Romman. My laptop was sent back in good shape, but it took more than a week to sort everything out.

Honestly, this has been one of the worst times I've had shopping online.

First off, they sent me a laptop with a charger meant for the USA, and then the thing started shutting down by itself whenever I opened anything. They said they'd swap it out, but that took a whole week.

When the second laptop showed up, it was totally different from what I ordered. I was starting to get worried, but I went ahead and agreed to another exchange, which took yet another week.

This company really lacks quality control and has no flexibility when it comes to handling exchanges instead of just replacements, even when their service has been downright awful.

I'd say if you're lucky enough to get the right order that actually works, it might come quickly. But if things go sideways, be prepared to jump through a bunch of hoops just to get a replacement or your money back.

Received a defective MacBook. I requested a return on the same day. They instructed me to fill out an online form, which I did, and was promised a code and return label. But then, crickets... Every time I ask about my return label, they just tell me to fill out another identical online form! This has happened three times! They’ve sent me a worthless machine and are blatantly keeping my money! Absolutely appalling company.

I snagged an awesome deal on a MacBook Pro, and I’m really into it! The team is super helpful as well. Would totally recommend it.
